Out of the courtroom with a scattered heart
I’m not sure that what I did today was right. Three years ago I was involved in a car accident, where I was hit by a car riding on my bike. Not hard or anything and neither I or the bike was hurt. The man who drove came out and said sorry. And he was sincerly sorry - it was obvious by the look in his eyes. We were lucky as the police had actually driven right behind me, so there was no...

caraobrien: WASHINGTON (Aug. 23) — Acknowledging that the hunger faced by millions of American students during the summertime is “a catastrophe,” the top nutrition official at the U.S. Department of Agriculture wants to experiment with a totally new approach to feeding poor kids during the months they have no access to subsidized meals at school cafeterias. The idea: issue a seasonal electronic...

Give up or give in?
Maybe neather. I don’t wan’t to be one of the group animals, that can’t do differently from my pack. At least not if it means throwing trash all over the place, forget about the places where people ACTUALLY have problems and so on. We do all have a choice. I choose not to forget and not to act like I don’t give a shit about anyone and anything else but my self. Just help...

Summer ends, school starts..
.. For me it means a new year of humanitarian work for those who doesn’t have a lot, or any at all. The start of a new year in high school is not only about books, homeworks and sitting on ones behind all day long - Not for me at least. I love the way I can be passionate about a project and really be sure about making a difference. I’m talking about Operation Day work, which is a...

Global warming in Denmark
This november month has not yet given Denmark any degrees below 0 on the Celcius scale and if november doesn’t move fast and give us some really chilly temperatures before the month of christmas comes it will be the first time since 1873, where we startet meassuring the tempuratures. That should be a pretty good sign for the leaders to make a good deal that we can all use. In 30 years we...

COP15 + Mugabe = bad bad idea!
I live in Denmark. Not exactly near Copenhagen where the meeting is held but close enough to care about it. I just read that Mugabe is going to the meeting together with all the other leaders. But Mugabe is not a leader - he is a freaking dictator and he has got nothing to do in Denmark when he is surpressing “his” people at the same time. It is just not good enough. The only good...

What I have changed in my life
I have done a couple of things to spare the enviroment and try to minimize the climate changes. I do not suffur from it at all. It does not take alot of time - and now I actually have more money. (All the numbers are per year) Turned down the heat on the radiator 3 degrees: Saves 750 kg of CO2  Washes all of my clothes on 40 degrees instead of 60: Saves 100 kg of CO2  Do not...

The nuclear industry doesn’t trust itself…Why... →
kwartz: The Harper government has tabled the Nuclear Liability and Compensation Act in Parliament. The bill would, if passed, artificially cap the liability of a nuclear operator for accidents at $650 million – a miniscule fraction of the likely actual cost of a nuclear disaster.

It is important. There need to be done something now! A scenario would be that our grandchildren will not be able to live normally in the world because we are, we the industry, killing the nature and enviroment. I do not know why people are so offensive to this. Everybody will save money by saving the enviroment. Save money and save your childrens future. It is not that hard. I am going to work...

My sponsor child
Next week I turn 18. Next week I’m going to be sponsor for a child in need. This is not very expensive an I can be without that money -the child can not. I have some other money and most important; I have the ability to make some. The third world children does not have this possibility. That is why I am now urging you all to just think about it. My sponsor child is going to recieve letters,...

Me: I want to help a child in the third world by sponsering.
Jack: Well sholdn't you use your money on youself?
Me: I think I can do without the 200 dkk every month. Somebody else needs them more.
Jack: Yeah, but you can't save the whole world..
Me: No, that's true, but I can make a difference for one person and that's better than nothing.
Jack: Do what you want just don't drag me into it.
Me: Okay sorry I told you.

If I didn’t believe in god before and I sure as hell do not believe in god now. How can there be a god when my grandpa at a age of 71 dies of cancer after a healthy and active life? That is not fair - that is bullshit. I’m going to miss him. I already do. One of my friends are drawing a tattoo in memory of my granpa that I’m having made when it’s done. But it will never...

USA
I just don’t like it. This country represents (and now I’m being very generalizing) all the things I do not like. First of all, I now have the FBI and CIA on my back and they are probably gonna follow me a couple of years untill they figure out, that I’m no threat to their beloved country. Second of all the fundamental values most Americans have scare the hell out of me. How,...

One Act of Random Kindness at a time..

Nogle mennesker burde bare ikke have kørekort.
